Question 1

How fast can a technician reach me?

Accepted Answer

Within An Nur, Badr and the Al Khwarizmi area we usually arrive within 30–60 minutes depending on traffic and the day's schedule. For urgent cases, send a WhatsApp message and we confirm an arrival time right away.

Question 2

What are your service hours?

Accepted Answer

Saturday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM, and Friday from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Emergencies outside these hours are handled by direct call.

Question 3

Do you offer emergency services?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Sudden power loss, a burning smell, heavy water leaks or a fully blocked drain are treated as urgent and get scheduling priority.

Question 4

How is pricing decided?

Accepted Answer

We give a clear estimate before starting, once we understand the problem. No surprise charges — any extra work is explained and approved by you first.

Question 5

Which areas do you cover?

Accepted Answer

An Nur, Badr, the Al Khwarizmi Street area, West Dammam and surrounding districts. Not sure about your area? Message us on WhatsApp and we will confirm.

Question 6

What payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

Cash, bank transfer, or Mada and Apple Pay when the technician has a card device available.

Question 7

Is the service on-site?

The service is fully on-site — our technician comes to your home or premises. We are a mobile service provider, not a walk-in destination.
